Delegates will have the knowledge to:

  • Describe approaches and tools to identify and manage risk
  • Be able to establish linkage in the management system framework to customer and stakeholder understanding.
  • Be able to extend the implementation of a management system framework through the supply chain
  • Be able to establish linkage in the management system framework to customer and stakeholder understanding.

Delegates will have the skills to:

  • Implement a management system framework that ensures linkage and alignment in the flow down of customer/stakeholder requirements.
  • Be able to support a senior leadership team to establish the scope of the management system.
  • Be able to implement the appropriate elements of the management system framework to address legal, regulatory, societal and standards risks.
  • Be able to be a quality advocate and systems thinker.
